Process & AI audits for service businesses
DaysMgmt audits the manual work inside your business and prescribes 3–7 off-the-shelf tools, each with its real cost, setup time, and weekly payback. Not a strategy deck. A plan you can start Monday morning.
For construction, real estate, auto detailing, landscaping, painting & plumbing teams of 2–20.

Quick wins
High impact · low effort. This is what the report targets first.
Major projects
High impact, higher effort. Mapped, planned later.
Fill-ins
Low impact, low effort. Only if there’s time left.
Avoid
High effort, low impact. We tell you what not to buy.
You got into the trades, real estate, or the detail bay because you like doing the work. Then the work-about-the-work took over. Sound familiar?
Quotes at the kitchen table
Rebuilding the same estimate at 10pm, on a Sunday, in three apps that don’t talk to each other.
Leads going cold
You’re on a job, the phone rings, nobody answers, and the lead books down the street instead.
Chasing unpaid invoices
Awkward follow-up calls, spreadsheets of who owes what, cash flow that never matches the calendar.
Re-entering the same data
Job details typed into the CRM, then the scheduler, then the invoicing app, then again …
Scheduling phone tag
Back-and-forth texts to book one crew visit. Four messages per job, every job.
“I’ll do the admin tonight”
Emails, photos, notes, reports, the second job that lives after the first one closes.
Do the arithmetic with your own numbers
Five hours a week is one-eighth of a full working week. If your hour is worth $50–$100, and your time should be worth that, that’s $1,000–$2,000 a month paying yourself in paperwork. And it grows every year the business does.
Start here, and see how far it can take you.
✓ Yes, if you…
✓ And here’s where it can lead
There are thousands of software and AI tools out there, and every feed tells you to try another one. That’s guessing with your calendar. A prescription is different: it starts with your processes, and only then names the tools.
It’s not a tool problem
You don’t need “an AI.” You need the one tool that kills the specific 5-hour-a-week drain in your workflow.
You don’t have time to research
And that’s the trap: you’re too busy doing the work to find the tools that remove it. That research is our full-time job.
Every prescription earns its keep
A tool only goes in the report if it pulls one of three levers: time saved, money earned, or quality raised, at a cost that’s trivial next to the payback.
No jargon, no 40-page deck, no obligation to build anything with us.
Phase 1
The discovery call
45 minutes. Walk us through a normal week: what you do, what you dread, where work piles up. We ask, we don’t pitch. The call is recorded so nothing gets lost. If we both see a fit, you pay then and we start the audit.
Phase 2
Deep analysis
Your call transcript is analyzed to surface every solvable time drain, then cross-checked against major software & AI tool directories. We review every recommendation by hand; you get judgment, not auto-generated fluff.
Phase 3
Your report
The deliverable: executive summary, impact–effort matrix, 3–7 prescriptions, a 4-day quick-start plan, and ROI math on your numbers. Designed to be read in minutes.
Phase 4
The review call
30 minutes, screen shared, we walk the report line by line. Implement it yourself, or ask us to help. The report is yours either way.
The deliverable
Every audit ends with the same branded report, the exact format below, filled with your business. It’s deliberately simple: a busy owner should finish it with coffee, not with homework.
Illustrative prescription rows: yours are specific to your business
“Rebuilding quotes from scratch, every job”
“Missed calls while on jobs”
“Chasing invoices by phone”
“Meeting notes typed out later”
Examples of the format, not promises of the same answers. Most prescriptions cost under $20/month, take under an hour to set up, and the report typically targets at least 5 reclaimed hours per week, that’s the bar every audit is written against.
Everything below, one flat price, no subscriptions.
One-time. Book the call first. You pay only after it, once we both agree the audit is a fit.
We’re a new firm. The intro price is deliberate: you get a rigorous audit cheap, we get the case studies. When the ten are gone, the price is $999.
Independent by design
We don’t sell software and we take no vendor commissions. If the right prescription is the free feature already sleeping inside tools you own, that’s what the report says.
Written or it didn’t happen
No vibes-based consulting. Every recommendation lands in the document with a cost, a setup time, and a payback you can check with a calculator.
Rigor is the product
One offering, done obsessively well: discovery protocol, AI-assisted analysis with human quality control, report format iterated to be read in minutes.
Skin in the game
Your report shows at least 5 hours a week of savings, or your money back. Our next ten clients come from the first ten, which is the reason the intro price exists.
No. Most prescriptions are ordinary business software; some are AI tools. Each one comes with its setup time, and the 4-day plan is built around roughly 10 minutes a day. If something needs more than that, we flag it honestly before prescribing it.
Half the audit is finding what your existing software can already do but nobody set up. A new tool only enters the report if it beats what you own on cost and payback, and the report also lists things you should stop paying for.
The audit is the product, not a disguised sales call. The discovery call has zero pitch, and the report is complete on its own. Some businesses find problems big enough to need custom software built around them. If that is you, we can scope and build it, and if not, you’re free to take the report to anyone else.
In practice, businesses with 2–20 people almost always have measurable manual waste, and finding it is exactly what the audit is built to do. And if your business really does run that tight, you are covered by our guarantee: if your report doesn’t show at least 5 hours a week of savings, we refund your money. The math uses your own numbers: the time you tell us each task takes now, minus the time the recommended tool saves. You pay only after the discovery call, and only when we are confident the audit will deliver.
Then you’ve bought a document that stays in a drawer. That’s why the report ends with a 4-day plan of 10-minute actions instead of a 30-page strategy. If you’d rather someone set the tools up with you, that’s a separate engagement you can decline.
Yes. Your call recording and notes are used only to produce your report. We won’t share your numbers, and we only name you as a reference if you explicitly say yes.
You fill a short intake form (10 minutes). We hold the 45-minute discovery call, and you pay only if we both agree the audit is worth doing. About a week later you receive the report by email, and we schedule the 30-minute review call. Two weeks from booking, you have a written plan.
Free audits are lead-gen theater, the consultant gets a prospect, you get a sales call. When you pay, you set the terms: written deliverable, no obligation, yours to keep. Paying is what makes it rigorous.
Path one: close this tab. Next Tuesday you’re still doing quotes at the kitchen table, and the next five hours are already gone.
Path two: book the call. Next Tuesday you have a written prescription, and four days of changes are already scheduled.
One 45-minute call. Report in about a week. $999 now $499 while intro slots last.
