DaysMgmt ("we", "us") provides Process & AI Audits for US service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you book or buy an audit, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call or contact us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business name, and any details you share about your business and processes.
- Audit information. During an audit you may describe your workflows, tools, staffing, and costs. We use this only to produce your written report.
- Usage data. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To schedule, deliver, and follow up on your audit.
- To respond to your questions and send service-related messages.
- To understand how the site performs and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our ads. These providers may set cookies and receive data about your visit under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized ads through aboutads.info/choices.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run our business, including scheduling, email, payment processing, and AI-assisted analysis tools. They receive only the information needed to perform their service. When we use AI tools to analyze your audit information, we do not permit the provider to use it to train public models where that control is available. We do not sell your personal information.
Your audit data and confidentiality
We treat what you share in an audit as confidential. We do not publish it, and we do not name you or your business as a client or case study without your written permission.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. Residents of certain states, including California, may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email us at the address below.

This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
